CLOUD 9

CLOUD 9 draws from a boatbuilding tradition rooted in Menorca since the 1970s, where Sasga Yachts shapes every hull with Mediterranean purpose. At 21 metres with a 5.80-metre beam, the Menorquin 68 Flybridge carries a 1.60-metre draft that opens anchorages most charter yachts simply cannot reach. Shallow coves along the Dalmatian coast, the tight channels between Korčula and Pelješac, the tucked-away swimming spots off Vis and Mljet all sit within reach.
Twin Volvo D11 engines on conventional shafts push the semi-displacement hull to 23 knots when the schedule demands it. Cruise speed is 19 knots. Below deck, three en-suite cabins sleep six guests: a full-beam master amidships with vanity desk and seating nook, a VIP double forward, and a twin to starboard. Captain Mato, Croatian-born and based year-round at ACI Marina Komolac in Dubrovnik, knows these waters by instinct. An onboard chef rounds out the crew of two.
Watersports storage holds a SeaBob FS5 Star, stand-up paddleboard, wakeboard, and snorkel gear. A SurMarine 370 Prestige tender ferries guests in to the village quays. CLOUD 9 is 21 metres of Spanish craftsmanship stationed precisely where shallow draft matters most.

Good to Know
Key details to help you prepare for your charter experience.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is a pre-paid amount given to the yacht to cover costs like food & drinks on board, fuel, and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, we'll provide you with an itemized breakdown of the expenses, and any unused funds will be refunded to you.
Your Captain will keep you updated if you're close to exceeding your budget. If necessary, they'll discuss how to proceed, which usually involves a simple bank transfer to replenish the allowance.
We recommend around 10-15% of the charter fee as gratuity for the crew. It's thoughtful to prepare a thank-you card or envelope to make the process easier.
We'll provide you with the Captain's contact details well ahead of your charter. We can also create a group chat with you and the Captain to go over any plans and preferences before you board.
We follow MYBA and CYBA contract standards, these internationally recognized agreements offer clarity and security throughout your charter experience.
If you're ever uncertain about what's included or have any questions, feel free to ask your broker at Frontier Yachting. We're here to ensure your charter experience is perfect.
